  I'm in the process of trying to find a place for me and my growing family to live. I've contacted many many many rental properties and leasing offices becoming very discouraged. When I walked into The Connelly leasing office I was greeted by Jazmine who was without a doubt more helpful and forthcoming with info than any other person from any rental property or apartment complex I had spoke with. Everywhere else simple handed me a business card and directed me to a website for more info. Jazmine answered my questions with a smile and even gave me extra info she thought I might need. It doesn't seem like a lot for her to just answer my questions but after all the other negative experiences I've had with everywhere else, she's the reason I'm choosing to apply at The Connelly!!!...Read More Read Less

  Where do I begin. The best CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. During this difficult time in apartment hunting it was a breath of fresh air when I came by to see the apartment and to apply. Jasmine was soooo professional and pleasant to work with. She assured me that she would do everything she can do for me because of my financial situation and that she did. I was in a crunch to find somewhere to live due to my last landlord not renewing my lease because they were selling. I came in applied and was approved. The Manager (don't remember her name) was so pleasant and assured me that anything that is wrong in the apartment will be fixed and that is refreshing to know. So far I have no complaints and if I do I sure would not put it up here. My neighbors so far is friendly and quiet. Thank you Jasmine and Manager for your PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!...Read More Read Less
